TTR250 swingarm will fit all TTR250 models including the Raid. For Raid owners - this swingarm is an upgrade and can replace the very heavy steel original. NB to fit the swingarm to a Raid will require the longer OE axle. This swinging arm has been completely cleaned and resprayed with hard wearing silver "wheel" paint. A new All Balls swing arm bearing, seal and bush kit has been fitted which saves you the hard work! Genuine new Yamaha swingarm bearing caps have been fitted. The swingarm is complete with both brake hose retainers, side bungs, axle support and axle end stops as can be seen in the photo. This swingarm has the mounting tabs for the "long" chain guard whereas older metal-tanked TTRs tend to have the shorter chain guard which requires different mounting tabs. It also has the mounting brackets for the 2-bolt lower chain guide, The chain guard and the lower chain guide are NOT included in the package. An excellent part - ready to fit and use - and excellent value if you take into account the cost of the repair kit and new bearing caps that are included.

Angled grease nipples for lots of uses. The older swingarms used to have these fitted, they are the same as the original yamaha ones and fit number 50, easy to tap and fit one into your swingarm and save a load of maintenance time in regreasing the bearing's, this will prolong the life of your swingarm bearings.
Also easy to fit in headstock and other places, just tap a thread and easy greasing! If ordering on it's own we will sort out a postage refund, as the minimum charge of £3.00 is to much.

This aluminium cover fits over the white plastic chain block to give it some protection from rocks, etc. This after-market part has been specially made for Totally TTRs and isn't available from any other supplier.
Please check your chain block to make sure it will fit. You should have a chain block like TTR-0067 in the shop. |
