Now supplied with the fitting kit, just let me know if you have a Blue or white OE metal tank bike.

The white bike in the pictures is my very own bike. I love the bigger tank :-) It does not feel big on the bike, in fact I really believe it is an improvement, as the fuel sits way lower down (if not filled to the very top) than the original tanks. This gives a lower down centre of gravity. Also, the extra width improves protection on the knees on and off road, a win win stuation :-) and, of course, when filled right up you can travel over twice the distance of a standard tank!

Acerbis Locking fuel cap, comes with two keys, great for anyone wanting a bit of security for the Acerbis tank.

They also fit the Blue plastic TTR fuel tank :-)

Here we have a bespoke fitting kit, to install the Acerbis 22ltr Fuel tank to an Open Enduro.

This kit has been designed by myself and Brian Sussex  (the TTR Guru). The tank we used when designing and refining these mounting parts, was one bought for a Honda XR650L (22L capacity, in white). So we recommend that you buy this tank when using our TTR mounting kit. The tanks are in the shop.

We have made the kit to be incredibly strong and the fitting as easy as possible.

Also the tank has been made to fit as low as possible and feels really nice on the bike :-)

All the nuts, bolts, washers and brackets come in the kits. All you will need to add is some Loctite.

*Please note this kit is NOT for the Blue plastic tank bikes or the Raid models*

Please not the video is for the OE, but I have added photos and extra instructions for the Blue bike, not much difference in the fitting :-) Just an extra nut and washer needed!! Which I have added as in the picture.
