TTR250 generator cover (bare) - fits ALL TTR models and years These covers can crack and leak oil if the sprag clutch is worn and kicks back through the starter gears. An expensive part so it is best to renew a worn sprag before it happens! New genuine Yamaha cover gaskets and new needle bearings are available in the shop.

Idler Gear 2 runs on two of these bearings and shims. It can be difficult to remove the needle bearing from the old generator cover without damaging it so it is recommended that a new one is fitted with a new cover. |
