Pair of matching crankcases - used

A pair of matching crankcases from a running engine that will fit any year or model TTR including the Raid.

A perfect basis for a "bottom up" engine rebuild or for boring to take a big bore kit's oversize sleeve!

They represent incredible value for money as a pair of bare cases from a Yamaha parts dealer is about £740!

The crankcases are complete with all bearings, clutch actuating arm/lever, neutral switch, sump plug and crankcase bolts - as can be seen in the photos.

It has the full original 4GY engine number.

The cases have been thoroughly cleaned and are ready to use.

NB A previous owner has broken off a small piece of casting that held in the kickstart spring retaining post - see the photo in the gallery. If the new owner wanted to fit a kickstart mechanism then it would be a straightforward job to TIG weld a replacement pin in place. See here
