Pleased to finally get some full Stainless steel exhausts back in the shop :-)

They are a quality bit of kit,from Phoenix exhaust, the same company in Devon that make our shorty header pipes.

Fully tested on a completely standard TTR, no re jetting the carb was necessary, making this a plug and play product.

Good weight saving over the original.

Quality stainless steel.

Db has increased by about 10% over the standard exhaust, but this is a nice raspy sound, not a offensive noise.

I have made a litlle Db killer that is included and makes it a little quieter if preferred.

Exhaust gasket - fits phoenix and Motad a silencers

This is a graphite type gasket that goes between the header pipe and the exhaust.  This is thicker than a standard Gasket and will not fit the original exhaust.

We can also supply the copper/asbestos gasket ring that fits between the header pipe and exhaust port.
