Each page has been inserted into its own cover to protect it from oily fingers.
The pages are in a heavy duty Frost binder and it is quite easy to remove individual pages to use in the workshop if that's how you prefer to work. Much easier than working from a screen on a phone or tablet.
A couple of extra pages have been added namely (i) a couple of detailed photos of the TTR's engine bay showing the layout of the parts, connectors, etc to help re-assembly and (ii) the cylinder head bolt tightening sequence and the correct torque for each.
The rear cover has had a repair as you may be able to see from the photos.
The manual has been well used over many repairs and rebuilds by its previous owner Brian Sussex, the TTR250 guru ;-)
