Making a purchase confirms that you accept these terms and conditions. All sales are made in GBP (£)

Installation/Fitting of Parts

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified, experienced person working to the OEM's manual, using the correct tools and test equipment. Set up, adjustment and confirmation of correct operation in accordance with the OEM?s specifications must be carried out before riding the machine on road, off road or under racing conditions. Customers modifying their machines are solely responsible and liable for the modifications in the event of a misadventure or accident.

Fitting Guides

These are guides only and for users with the competency to carry out the suggestions. They are supplied as a help only and Totally TTRs take no responsibility for damage to persons or parts damaged in the process.

Non-Stock Items
When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery and give you the option of cancellation and refund

Incorrectly Ordered Items
If the customer incorrectly ordered an item which has been dispatched, returns and refunds are at our discretion.

Incorrectly Supplied Items
We will send you the correct items at our cost and as quickly as possible and within 28 days.

Unpaid Orders
All goods remain property of Totally TTRs until full payment has been made. Completing an order with no payment will not hold or reserve goods nor will this infer any claim on the goods. We will cancel unpaid orders at our discretion.

Warranty
Your invoice will be required in the event of a warranty claim, It is an important document and should be kept safely. Refunds under warranty will only be given on production of this document. If you are not able to produce it the customer is required to provide proof that the item or service was supplied by Totally TTRs. Without proof of purchase we cannot entertain any warranty claim. 

Limited Liability: All warranty claims are limited to the original retail price of that product or service. The buyer assumes responsibility for risks of any kind caused by themselves or any other party by virtue failure or incorrect fitting, set up or adjustment of the product. We will not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Your statutory rights are not effected

Returns Policy
Please contact us directly with any problems you have experienced, we are happy to rectify any problems quickly and listen to any feedback you have regarding our products. Refunds will be made in a timely manner and no later then 14 days after we receive the returned item. Do not rely on the Internet forum - you must speak to us directly via the phone, e-mail or letter

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) Compliance
Items purchased from our website or by mail order are subject the distance selling regulations in certain EU Countries. Retail customers have the right to cancel their order within a 14 day period of receiving their goods. In the case of a cancellation under DSRs the customer should in the first instance write or e-mail to inform us of the cancellation, you can use other methods of contact but written ones provide the customer with full protection under this legislation. Our e-mail and postal addresses are shown on the 'Contact Details' page of our website and on all official company letterheads and invoices. The customer must pay for all return postage costs. Totally TTRs will make a refund to the customer for the value of the goods including the cheapest out going delivery option offered (excluding the return delivery cost) within 14 days from receiving the returned goods. Under our terms and conditions the customer must ensure the goods reach us safely therefore we recommend a delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery and is insured to the full retail value of the item. The customer remains liable for losses by the courier or postal service.

This in no way infringes on the customer's right to inspect the goods or return them under distance selling regulations. Removing the seal/cover shows acceptance of the goods and therefore invalidates the Customer's right to cancel the sale under DSR.

Where the item has been fitted or shows signs of use/damage the refund amount will be reduced. Electrical items that have been used will only qualify for a MAXIMUM refund of 25% of the original price, if we feel it has been damaged by your vehicle there will be no refund. This fully complies with the latest European Directives.

DSR is not applicable in the following cases:
DSR is not applicable to sales made to Countries outside the EU
Sales with a value of less then £42.00 cannot be cancelled under DSR
Items previously viewed in person and subsequently bought by mail order or those ordered online and collected in person, giving the opportunity for the customer to inspect the items
Items or services sold at an auction run by Totally TTRs
Items built to order, modified to customer's specifications or bespoke restorations cannot be cancelled under DSR, this includes cut lengths of wire, sleeving or other items cut to size/length
DSR policy is not applicable in the case of faulty goods

Downloads and Website Use

In no event will Totally TTRs be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from malicious software, viruses, malware, incomplete or inaccurate data, loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of their website or files downloaded from the website. ?Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Totally TTRs take no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or during up dates or maintenance. ?Totally TTRs have no control over the nature, content and availability of external websites linked to their website. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. If offensive content is found on linked sites please report it to us by emailing the link and why it?s offensive. ?Down loads & documents: Each document is copyright owned and may be used by private individuals for personal use only. Commercial use or re-distribution by any means is prohibited without prior written agreement. Note: A separate license agreement applies for commercial use, by distributing our copyright material (this includes re-posting on Internet forums) you agree to its terms and charges that become payable. Downloading documents shows agreement to be bound to these conditions.
