TTR250 generator cover (bare) - fits ALL TTR models and years These covers can crack and leak oil if the sprag clutch is worn and kicks back through the starter gears. An expensive part so it is best to renew a worn sprag before it happens! New genuine Yamaha cover gaskets and new needle bearings are available in the shop.

Starter large idler gear 3 This is the large gear which fits behind the flywheel. The sprag clutch grips on the gear's centre boss so it's important that the surface of the boss is not damaged. If it is damaged, it is best to replace the gear. |
