A used cylinder head in great condition, complete with cam cover, and valve gear including camshafts and caps.

Removed from a working engine.

The head has been stripped and cleaned and the valves lapped back in.

The journals and camshafts are good as shown in the photos.

The valve clearances have been checked and are within specification.

The exhaust studs are good as are all the threaded holes.

This cylinder head is ready to fit and use!

Crankcase assembly complete with crankshaft, gearbox, gear change mechanism, neutral switch and oil pump.

A new gearchange shaft has been fitted.

The sump has been damaged at some stage and has been repaired with some very clever welding as can be seen in the photos!

This is from a blue plastic tank TTR so does not have the extension on the transmission shaft to hold a speedo magnet as on the metal-tanked TTRs.

Big end feels fine and little end is in great condition.

The parts would cost a lot more if bought individually plus you would have to assemble them. 

This unit is ready for a new owner to bolt all their parts into. 

The engine this assembly came from hasn't been run by Totally TTRs and so only a visual examination of it has been possible. However, all appears to be in good order but no guarantees can be given and it will be the buyer's responsibility to make their own checks before putting it into use.

A great item for a project bike and, particularly useful as a basis for a big-bore conversion.
